Val.: «N’hi ha, de bollit!»

Esta és una exclamació amb què es mostra la sorpresa davant l’estat d’agitació que hi ha en un lloc o davant una situació confusa, problemàtica, difícil de resoldre, que ha sigut causada per diversos factors que serien llargs d’explicar i d’ordenar: igual que els ingredients d’un bollit es belluguen sense control en l’aigua bullent. La persona que verbalitza l’expressió no sol estar implicada en el problema i, fins i tot, el fet que diga esta expressió indica que no vol tindre res a vore ni tractar de solucionar-lo.

This is an exclamation to show surprise and astonishment when one witnesses a fuss or a problematic situation whose causes are unclear or difficult to determine, also when there is a bit of chaos going on (just like vegetables stir boiling in a stew) and the problem is going to be difficult to get sorted out. Normally, one says this expression when he or she is out of the problem and is not going to get involved under any circumstances.
